GENERAL CONTRACTORS · OFFLINE DIGITAL TOOLKITS

Daily reporting and short-range planning for the jobsite.

A small GC or superintendent needs an understandable record of who was on site, what progressed and what needs attention tomorrow. ContractorOps provides standalone reporting tools to organize that information.

Where the tools can help general contractors crews

  • Summarize trade activity, work areas and entered crew hours
  • Maintain a written record of constraints and next-shift handoffs
  • Plan four weeks of upcoming work with the optional bundle
  • Export CSV data or print a daily summary for your records

Example: enter activities for framing, mechanical and electrical subcontractors, record notes from the daily coordination walk and outline tomorrow’s priorities. Subcontractor verification remains your responsibility.

Important: These are the existing ContractorOps downloads with examples for this trade, not newly programmed trade-specific features. All entries are user-supplied. Verify suitability for your company’s records before purchasing.

The separate Field Productivity Tracker lets users enter planned and installed quantities, labor allowances and actual man-hours to calculate earned-hour comparisons. It does not supply validated estimating or productivity rates.

Common question

Is ContractorOps a replacement for Procore, Autodesk Build or full construction scheduling?

No. The current downloadable tools operate locally. They do not synchronize across companies or replace contractually required reporting systems.
